LASCCWA canvasses for more supports for APC

The Lagos State Committee of Council Chairmen’ Wives Association (LASCCWA) has canvassed for more support for the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State, urging the members of the public especially the females to register with the party.

The wife of the Oshodi-Isolo LGA, Mrs. Sara Ariyoh, made the call while addressing her colleagues during the association’s meeting held recently at Joseph Olabintan marriage registry in Oshodi-Isolo Local Government secretariat.

She commended the council chairmen’s wives for their resilience, commitment and immense contributions through their support to their husbands.

She charged the women in the society to continue to participate in politics and join the All Progressives Congress (APC) through the ongoing party registration and revalidation exercise.

Mrs. Ariyoh urged Lagosians to continue to observe Covid-19 protocols to prevent its spread in the state.

Meanwhile, the chairman of Oshodi-Isolo LGA, Hon. Bolaji Muse Ariyoh l qho graced the occasion on behalf of conf57 Chairmen, appreciated their supports urging them to continue to be prayerful for their husbands.

The association used the occasion to pray for the former president of the association, late Mrs. Sofola – the wife of the former chairman of Kosofe local government and some chairmen who died recently.
They also prayed for the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu’ administration.
