Lagos Industry Commissioner, Akande Bags Jewel Of Honor Award

The Commissioner for Commerce, Industry and Cooperatives, Hon. (Dr.) Mrs. Lola Akande was presented with an Award of A Jewel of Honour by Celebrology International, a global think-tank group at the Ministry recently.

Receiving the award on her behalf, the Permanent Secretary, Mrs. Adetutu Oluremi Ososanya, acknowledged the award as another feather to the cap of the Commissioner for her exemplary leadership in the public service.

The Chief Executive Officer of Celebrology International, Mr. Sola Odumosu stated that the organisation carried out deep research on potential awardees before conferment of honour and one of the virtues considered is human dignity.

In attendance were Directors and Staff of the Ministry.
