Jogo Talent Hunt: Oloke FC, Concord FC, Jagaban FC, Ketu All Stars, Moving Train FC and Ogundele FC book round of 16 place

Six teams have booked their place in the round of 16 of the Jogo Talent Hunt. The teams were able to secure the round of 16 slots after going round a two legged tie before emerging victorious.

Concord FC survived a scare as they defeated Merit FC 4-3 on aggregate to advance to the round of 16, in the first leg, Concord FC won the tie 2-0 which gave them a bright prospect of advancing to the next stage of the competition. In the second leg, Merit FC tried to make a comeback as they beat Concord FC 2-1, a crucial away goal by Concord FC gave them a good win as they proceeded to the next round.

Jagaban FC made it two wins from two matches as they got the better of their opponent Betaplus FC by skipping past them 1-0 in each leg to win the two legged game 2-0 and advanced to the round of 16.

Ketu All Stars showed their team togetherness and never resting on their oars as they beat AYF 2-1 on aggregate and thereby, getting a 1-0 goal lead in the first half against AYF before playing a drab 1-1 draw in the second leg.

Oloke FC crush FC Robo warriors 8-2 on aggregate to send a signal that their team is the team to beat in the competition.

Moving Train put 5 past Barrack FC on aggregate by winning 4-0 in the first leg and 1-0 in the 2nd leg in the race for the champion of the tourney.

Ogundele beat Chop Money 3-2 on aggregate, the first leg saw Ogundele knocked off Chop Money FC in a brilliant manner while Chop money was able to gather momentum as they won the 2nd leg 1-0 which couldn’t savage them a chance to the next round as they bow out of the tourney 3-2 on aggregate.
