“I separated with my husband in Ibadan and left for Lagos to stay with my parents, where I gave birth to the third child. My parents and I have been taking care of the children since then.
The first child is with her father in Ibadan and the father has not seen the last son since I born him 7 years ago. So, I want a legal divorce between us so that each of us can go our separate ways,” she appealed to the court.
