Isolo LCDA Set for Council Polls

There was a closed-door meeting of the Isolo LCDA’s ranking officers and the Lagos State House Committee on Election Affairs, led by the Chairperson of the Lagos State House Committee on Finance, representing Mushin Constituency 1, Hon. Funmilayo Tejuosho, to determine the level of preparedness of the Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASIEC) in the council.
The meeting was an inspection tour of Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASIEC) office within the council for further assessment of the environment and the safety of electoral materials. The agender of the meeting, was to determine the readiness of the council, towards the forthcoming local council election.
All is set for the forthcoming local government area and local council development areas elections, which is billed to hold later this year in Lagos state. Every necessary arrangement have been put in place towards the conduction of the 20 local government elections and 57 local council development polls in the state.
