COVID-19 Food Stimulus: APC chieftain lauds Johnson

The residents of Oshodi-Isolo Constituency II especially the members of the ruling All Progressives Congress APC) party have expressed their heartfelt appreciation to the Member of the Federal House of Representatives representing the constituency, Hon. Ganiyu Johnson for continually supporting them with food items during the lockdown period.

The commendations came when the lawmaker rolled another batch of bags of rice to the constituents both in Isolo and Ejogbo.

Commending Johnson on the gesture when he received the stimulus packages delivered to him in his house for onward distribution to the LGA’s members, the APC Chairman, Ejigbo LCDA, Alhaji Fatai Kasumu said the constituents had made right choice when they voted for Johnson in 2019.

“The people of Ejigbo and Isolo LCDAs will continue to bless the day they took that great decision of giving out their mandate to Hon. Ganiyu Johnson to be their party candidate for the House of Representatives in 2019 General Election because that decision has brought unprecedented developmental projects in the constituency.

“Hon. Johnson has been a philanthropist before now and when he got into office he continued to be. Our prayer for him is that he will not lack and COVID-19 will not move close to his households,” he said.

Johnson gave 50 bags of rice to each LCDA – Isolo and Ejigbo, to cushion the effects of the lockdown in the state.

Recently, the lawmaker had distributed stimulus packages to various groups including religious, tribal, the CDC, and other organizations in all the thirteen wards in the constituency as well as the SOS villages at Isolo and Okota and the market women.
