BREAKING: Vandrezzer FC sacks Head Coach, Henry Makinwa for poor run of results

Vandrezzer FC have landed a sledge hammer on their head coach, Henry Makinwa as he is officially sacked by the club for poor run of results.

Henry Makinwa who is less than a year at Vandrezzer FC couldn’t take the club past the round of 16 stage of the WGB Lagos FA Cup and also failed to qualify the club to the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) from the Nigeria National League (NNL).

“Vandrezzer Football Club confirms that the contract of Head Coach Henry Makinwa has been terminated by mutual consent.

“Coach Makinwa who took over the leadership of the team prior to the commencement of the 2021/2022 season, has after due consultation with the Management of the Club, agreed to a mutual termination of his contract.

“The Club appreciates Coach Makinwa’s dedication to the vision throughout his time with the club and wish him the best in his career.

“Assistant Coach Yemi Olarenwaju has been appointed to lead the Lions on an interim basis till the end of the season.”
