Bravehearts Ladies have revealed the date they will launch their new jerseys for the 2023/2024 Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) season.
The club based in Benin, Edo State will officially launch a new set of match jerseys and training kits for players and officials sponsored by the Evoca Foundation on Saturday, December 2nd at the Astro turf pitch of Uniben Sport Complex.
The Evoca Foundation is owned by Naza Alakija who supports the Girl Child education and her primary reason for partnering with the Bravehearts Ladies is to ensure all girls have a good education in addition to pursuing their football dreams.
Bravehearts Ladies have shown since their establishment as a formidable club that’s centered on promoting equality between both genders with football.
The club is focused on combating sexism in Africa football as they seek to empower young girls and women in the community through football.
For the first time in their history, Bravehearts Ladies were finalists in the Edo State FA Cup where they lost to Edo Queens which saw their goalkeeper awarded the best goalkeeper.
The club have steered their focus on developing the girl child through football while making sure they take their education seriously.
Bravehearts were recognized by Italian Serie A side, AS Roma on April 15, 2019 as the team of the week following their impressive achievements in developing women’s football in the grassroots and inspiring a group of young women.
