Nigeria goalkeeper, Chiamaka Nnadozie has arrived in camp as preparations intensify for Nigeria’s 2028 Olympic Games qualifying fixture.

Nnadozie, who recently joined English Women’s Super League side Brighton & Hove Albion, became the latest arrival in camp, taking the total number of players to 22.

The development came after three more players captain Rasheedat Ajibade, Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Jennifer Echegini and U.S.-based defender Michelle Alozie joined the squad ahead of the team’s second training session.

Their arrival had initially taken the camp strength to 21 players before Nnadozie’s arrival completed the latest influx of players.

The Super Falcons had earlier commenced preparations with 14 players in camp, including Shukurat Oladipo, Shakirat Moshood, Glory Ogbonna, Oluchi Omenazu, Farida Abdulwahab, Tumininu Adeshina, Joy Igbokwe, Fatimoh Solaty, Christiana Uzoma, Blessing Nkor, Valentina Uroko, Glory Edet, Sandra John and Suliat Abideen.

The arrival of key players such as Ajibade, Echegini, Alozie and Nnadozie is expected to provide a major boost to the ten times African champions as they step up their preparations for the Olympic qualifying campaign.
