Arokodare Shifts Focus To Ajax Future

Nigeria international, Tolu Arokodare has repositioned his mindset to achieving success with Ajax following his spell with Wolves in England.

The Forward joined Ajax on a season loan deal after he fell out with Wolves manager, César Peixoto in training which further eliminated the Nigeria star from the preseason squad of the English.

Arokodare switched from the momentum of focusing on the main issue that caused his departure from Wolves which he understands its part of the game.

He disclosed, he has moved on from the scenario where he learned from his mistakes as such won’t be repeated in the future.

“I don’t think there’s a real reason or there’s a real excuse. I think it’s part of the game,” Arokodare was quoted by ESPN.

“As players, we have seasons and moments like this in our careers, and it’s something to learn from, that I’ve moved on from, and I’m focused on the new season.”

The lanky striker has shifted his attention in igniting success in Holland and improving his self to a better version.

“I’ve been preparing well with the Ajax team and the players and I’m focused on this season. I’m focused on getting better, focused on better things for myself. Focused on not making the same mistakes I did. That’s all I’m focused on. Not focused on last season.”
