The human capital organisation is recruiting an Outlet Manager for its clients, with openings available across Lagos Island and the Mainland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily outlet operations, driving sales, supervising employees and ensuring customers receive excellent service in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
The Outlet Manager will oversee the overall performance of the outlet and will be expected to:
- Manage day-to-day outlet operations and performance.
- Drive sales and achieve revenue and performance targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints effectively.
- Lead, supervise, coach and motivate outlet employees.
- Manage inventory, cash handling, wastage and operational losses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, safety and brand standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, performance and discipline.
- Prepare daily and weekly outlet performance reports.
- Identify operational challenges and implement timely solutions.
Who Can Apply?
Khenpro Global Services is looking for candidates who can demonstrate strong leadership and hands-on operational experience.
Applicants should have:
- An HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in retail, QSR, hospitality, FMCG, supermarkets or similar high-volume environments.
- Proven customer-service experience with meaningful supervisory or management responsibilities.
- Experience managing busy outlets and multiple employees.
- Strong sales, customer-service, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organisation and decision-making abilities.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
The Ideal Candidate
This role is designed for an operator, not just a supervisor.
Khenpro Global Services is seeking someone who can confidently manage people, customers, sales, inventory and daily operations while maintaining high service standards and delivering measurable results.
Candidates with only basic customer-service experience and no proven supervisory or operational impact may not be considered.
Salary & Location
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 per month
Location: Lagos Island and Mainland
