Popular Nigerian TikTok content creator Peller has officially confirmed his breakup with Jarvis, his girlfriend and fellow content creator.
The announcement came on Thursday, January 1, 2026, during a TikTok livestream, roughly two weeks after Peller was hospitalised following a deliberate car accident in what he described as an attempt to end his life amid threats linked to the relationship. He was later arrested by authorities under traffic laws.
Speaking to fans, Peller said:
“Jarvis and I have officially broken up. For now, we’re just friends. We kindly ask everyone to respect our decisions. She’s my friend now, please don’t bully anybody.”
He added that he had reconciled with Jarvis’s family, saying:
“I have spoken with her family. I begged them to forgive me. Her family was angry but later forgave me. We’re still friends, but she said I should give her space for now.”
Peller’s announcement has generated significant attention on social media, highlighting the challenges of relationships in the public eye and the pressures faced by online content creators.
