Council Chairman Presents 80,000 Exercise Books To Students In Epe Community

The Chairman of Eredo LCDA, Ismail Akinloye, has given out 80,000 exercise books to students in the community Epe as resumption in schools draws nearer.
Speaking on the initiative, Akinloye, said that the provision for students in government owned schools is in line with his keen interest to offer educational support and also ease the financial burden on parents as they prepare their children for the new academic program.
The council boss reaffirmed that education remains a top priority in his administration, noting that the distribution of the exercise books is not just an investment in pupils, but also a strategic investment in the future of the community.
He added that his administration would continue to roll out educational support programmes, strengthen partnerships with schools, and create an enabling environment for learning.
Parents to the beneficiaries as well as teachers commended the gesture, describing it as a timely intervention that will encourage school attendance and enhance academic performance.
