Yesterday, August 11, 2024, Ojodu LCDA joined the global celebration of International Youth Day, a day designated for appreciating the immense contributions of young people to society and amplifying the messages of unity, peace, and fraternity.

In a heartfelt message to the young leaders, innovators, and change-makers of Ojodu LCDA, the Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Mr. Segun Odumbaku expressed its unwavering belief in their potential to shape a brighter future, to challenge the norms, and to bring about positive transformation.

He said “As young people, you are the drivers of innovation and progress, the champions of social justice and equality, the guardians of our planet and its resources”. Remember, your voice matters, your actions count and your dreams are valid.

On this special occasion, I want to reiterate our administration’s commitment to youth-inclusive governance, where we Empower you with education and opportunities, listen to your ideas and concerns, support you on your journey to success. Not too long ago, our administration presented certificates and essential tools to ( 10) ten Graduands of advanced solar training.

Together, we can build a brighter future, where every young person can thrive and reach their full potential.
