Lagos State Government under the leadership of Gov. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu has redeployed Local Council Development Area information Officers in Lagos.
Echonews gathered that Information Officers who also are civil servants reported in their respective new posted LCDAs on July 1st, 2024.
In Orile Agege LCDA, the Former Information Officer was posted to Ojodu LCDA, Agbado Oke-Odo, Kosofe, Ikosi-Isheri, Agbado-Oke Odo LCDA and a host of others now have a new information Officers.
Findings revealed that the redeployment might be connected to the 2025 upcoming local government election.
