The Chairman of Mushin Local Government, Mr. Emmanuel Bamigboye has begun road repairs with the filling of potholes within the local government area.
It was gathered that the Chairman constituted a team of executive members who were charged with road maintenance. The team members have started making progress in their assigned duties.
The team commenced repair works during the weekend with the following streets: Iyalla Street, Isolo road, Daleko Police Station, Fatai Atere road, Alafia Street.
According to information gathered, the roads repair is a continuous exercise which is targeted at making all the roads in Mushin motorable. The Council Chairman also urged members of the community and road user to cooperate during the project.
Leading the team, the Supervisor for Works & Infrastructure – Mr. Funmi Peters, in joint operation with the Chairman House Committee on Works and Infrastructure – Mr. Hakeem Mustapha and other staff of the department.
