The Local Council and the NOA have had a strong working relationship from times past and my administration believes that everyone should benefit from democracy, regardless of their background and I value everything that will support this administration, Oloyede said.

Dr. Mustapha also commended the Council Boss, he said ‘I am impressed by the developmental projects embarked upon by the Council Chairman.

He further explained that the NOA is inextricably tied to the Local Council because it is firmly rooted to the grassroots. He added that NOA is the only agency that follows the agenda of the Lagos State Government in line with the creation of the LCDA.

The NOA Director further mentioned that their goal is to collaborate with the LCDA to reach the grassroots and to support LCDA activities as needed.

Commenting on most activities of NOA which are low key, the Council Manager, Mr. Olusegun Ajagunna, stressed the need for re-orientation of the people due to the rude ways children talk to elderly ones these days, which is quite alarming.

He then advised that one challenge shouldn’t deter one from what is expected of one.

The Council Boss then promised that by December the NOA office in Ejigbo would be formalized.
