Mushin Local Government has commenced another round of road rehabilitation across the communities with de-siltation of drains and filling of bad portions of Isolo road junction, to relieve motorists, in preparation for a permanent solution to the affected roads.
The exercise commenced with the evacuation of drains at the Omodigbo junction of Palm Avenue, to pave the way for the reconstruction of the concrete slab into the entrance of Omodigbo Street via Palm Avenue.
In the same vein, the team led by Supervisor for Works and Infrastructure, Hon. Funmi Peters, carried out palliative works at the Isolo road junction of Agege motor road in Mushin, pending the time of final repair from the appropriate authorities.
The team also had the Councillor of Ward A, Hon. Hakeem Mustapha at the site with the Supervisor for Special Duties, Special Advisers, members of Lagos Neighbourhood Safety Corps, and officers from the Olosan Division of Nigeria Police, led by the DPO, Supol Garba Oseni.
