Beneficiaries of food relief package from Special Adviser to Agboyi-kute Local Council Development Area (LCDA) on Community Affairs, Hon. Kazeem Balogun have urged politicians to emulate Balogun’s kind gesture.
Hundreds of residents from the local council area got food items such as rice, yam, garri and others.
On behalf of the beneficiaries, Mrs. Adeshola Olarenwaju appreciated Balogun’s charity, saying the provision will go a long way in families at this critical situation of the country.
Responding, Balogun stated that providing for people is what he loves doing.
He noted that he embarked on the selfless service to humanity due to the situation of the country and the need for welfare in the community .
He recalled that he had provided for the people while he was Ketu Youth chairman, then as street palliative.
He assured that the exercise would be a continuous programme, promising that another phase would soon follow.
