The chairman of Ijede Local Council Development Area, Motunrayo Gbadebo-Alogba, has distributed free JAMB forms to indigent students in the community.
Speaking at the presentation of the forms to the beneficiaries at the council secretariat, Gbadebo-Alogba pointed out that the purpose of the intervention was to give the students the sufficient chance to secure a promising future as leaders of tomorrow.
She restated that her administration will leave no stone unturned in educating the future leaders of the Local Council with the requisite qualifications to enable them to improve their academic excellence.
Gbadebo-Alogba further urged the beneficiaries to pay back the gesture by keeping away from negative behaviours that could endanger the success of academic greatness.
Those in attendance at the event include traditional chiefs in Ijede, management and staff of the LCDA as well as Councillors and Supervisory Councillors.
