The council leader, Oshodi-Isolo LG, Hon. Rasheed Obasa, has appealed to the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the local government area  to reconcile all the aggrieved members of the party.

Obasa noted that the polity is being heated by those who were not favoured by the party’s primary election and party’s congress.

He specifically called on the party apex leader in the local government area, Pa. Joseph Olabitan, to find a way of reconciling the aggrieved members for peace to reign.

The council leader reiterated that the political differences among APC members across Oshodi-Isolo have been causing disunity among the members, adding that the situation has been affecting the party.

He humbly asked Pa. Olabitan to use his good office to call all members to allow peace and unity for the development of the party.

According to him, the party may fail in the subsequent elections if its members are not united.

“There is no doubt that there is disunity in he party but, we all need to forget the past and forge ahead. Without being united, the party may not achieve great success as we have been achieving.

“All members have to work together in sincerity. I therefore appeal to our party leaders to summon all the aggrieved members and settle their grievances once and for all. APC is a party that has come to be the most reckoned with, we should not fail our people in Oshodi-Isolo,” he said.
