2023:Youths launch social media groups to back Bamigbetan for Reps

Following his declaration to contest the Federal House of Representatives seat in 2023, various groups of people in Oshodi-Isolo Constituency II have launched social media groups to publicise his aspiration.

These include Progressives Youths for KOK, Youth Coalition for KOK4Rep, South -South Constituency II for KoK, Oshodi-Isolo 2 Artisans for KOK 2023 and I Stand for Mandaté on whatshapp.

Less than a week after it was formed, the administrators of the Progressive Youth for KOK announced plans to expand to Telegraph having reached the limit of participants allowed by whatshapp in a group.

Their objective is to endorse and declare support for Hon. Kehinde Bamigbetan as the prime aspirant to run for the post.

Since last week, loyalists have been endorsing Bamigbetan as their preferred aspirant setting up groups on social media to canvass support for him.

Bamigbetan has been enjoying more support from individuals and groups in Oshodi and Ejigbo who see their support as the opportunity to reward him for his contributions to the community.

Last weekend, members of Professional Marketers Association (PMA), Ejigbo branch declared their support for Bamigbetan.

They said they chose Bamigbetan over other aspirants based on his contributions to the grassroots politics and community development.

According to them, their association was established during Bamigbetan’s tenure as the council chairman.
