Asiwaju @69: Tinubu donates food items to SOS Children’s Village

As part of activities marking the 69th birthday of the National Leader of All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, gift items were donated to orphanage homes across the Lagos West Senatorial District on Wednesday, March 31, 2021.

No fewer than 100 cartons of Honey Well noodles were given to the SOS Children’s Village.

The donation was handed out by the Executive Chairman of Isolo LCDA, Hon. Shamsudeen Abiodun Olaleye; Executive Chairman of Ejigbo LCDA, Hon Monsuru Oloyede Bello; former House of Reps member, Hon. Hakeem Abiodun Muniru and former House of Reps member, Hon. Deji Jakande, son of the late sage, Lateef Kayode Jakande.

Speaking, Olaleye said the donation was to further demonstrate the love and kindness of Asiwaju towards the less-privileged in the society.

Responding, SOS’s National Coordinator, Agbaegbu Lawrence thanked Asiwaju for his show of kindness to children of the village, noting that he has been a consistent giver to the village.

“We have on our record, Asiwaju and his wife have been regular donors to our village and our sincere prayer is for God to continue to bless him in multiple folds,” he prayed.
