₦400m Mansion Is the Least Gift I’ll Give Peller, Says King Ochacho
Real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, has described the ₦400 million mansion he gifted to TikTok personality Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, and his wife, Elizabeth Amadou, also known as Jarvis, as a modest gesture.
Speaking during a TikTok livestream on Monday shortly after the couple’s wedding ceremony in Lagos, Ochacho said the property was only a small gift compared to what he hopes to give the content creator in the future.
According to him, his decision to present the mansion was inspired by Peller’s generosity and character.
Ochacho said he believes acts of kindness often attract greater blessings, adding that he is confident the Abuja property would be the least valuable gift he would ever give Peller.
He also hinted at plans to present the newly married couple with even bigger gifts in the future, describing the mansion as only the beginning of his support.
The mansion, valued at ₦400 million and located in Abuja, was officially presented to Peller and Jarvis during their wedding ceremony, drawing excitement from guests and widespread reactions on social media.
Ochacho said the gift fulfilled a promise he had earlier made to Peller during a social event, where he pledged to support the TikTok star on his wedding day.
