Why Ariyoh sacked me from his cabinet- Animashaun

The Oshodi-Isolo local government All Progressives Congress (APC) Acting Chairman, Hon. Saheed Animashaun, has disclosed the reason why he was sacked by the council chairman.
Animashaun, was Wednesday sacked by Ariyoh as his Special Adviser on Agric, Sports and Community Development.
Ariyoh had accused Animashaun of misconducts such as divulging government secrets to the public, which he said is contrary to the oath of office and secrecy he sworn to.
Meanwhile, Animashaun said his sack by the council chairman from his appointment as a special adviser was not unconnected to his decision to rejoin the Apex leader of the party, Pa Joseph Olabimtan.
He maintained that he was sacked as a result of pitching his tent with the apex leader of the party in Oshodi and declaring his support for Alhaji Musiliu Ayinde Akinsanya (MC Oluomo) and the Chairmanship candidate of the party in Oshodi-Isolo local government, Otunba Kehinde Oloyede before the party’s primary election.
He, however, said he is unperturbed by the supposed sack letter as he described it as the will of God.
He said: “My sack note which was made public by Ariyoh is the will of God because if God has no hands in it, it will not happen this way.
However, I want the public to know that the reason given as divulging government secrets for my sack by Ariyoh is false. There has never been any occasion where I divulged government secrets to anyone or group of persons. I know that he sacked me because I pitched my tent with the Apex leader of our party and supported Oloyede in his bid to become the flag bearer of our great party, which he got at the last primary election through the people’s will.
“Ariyoh has remained a foe ever since his second term in office as chairman of the council to the Apex leader, Pa Olabimtan, Alhaji Ayinde and Otunba Oloyede and many other party leaders in the council.”
Animashaun said his realignment with these party stalwarts annoyed Ariyoh and decided to show him the way out from his cabinet.
He stated that up until the time he was sacked, his loyalty for Ariyoh leadership remained unwavering.
“Ever since I joined the local government cabinet, I have remained loyal to the leadership of the council boss. There has never been any time I divulged any secret of the council, my records are there for all to see.
“I am not joining issues with him as I wish him and other members of the cabinet success in the last lap of the administration,” he said.
He appealed to all members of the party to remain calm and not to be worried over the sack note, pledging to do everything possible in his capacity as Acting Chairman of the party to ensure all aggrieved members are reunited.
