UPDATE: LASG Announces Postponement of PWD Rail Crossing Closure

The Lagos State Government has issued a public notice, announcing the postponement of the PWD Rail Crossing closure.

Initially scheduled for May 1, 2025, the closure has been pushed back to Wednesday, May 14, 2025.

This adjustment is intended to provide motorists with sufficient time to prepare and plan their movements in advance.

As previously stated in the initial press release, the alternative routes for the rail crossing remain the same.

The alternative routes are as follow, Ikeja Road and Airport Road
