UNDP engages Oshodi-Isolo youths, women in skills acquisition

Youths and women in Oshodi-Isolo have benefited from the just concluded one-week free skills acquisition programme which focused on developing individuals to become self independent.
The programme was facilitated by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Institute in collaboration with Tiola Concept to engage the youths and women in skills acquisition for self employment.
The UNDP Institute Coordinator, Babatunde Ogundiran, charged the participants to perfect the skills/ knowledge acquired in other to become professional that would train more people to better their lives and that of the community at large.
He also commended the administration of Oshodi-Isolo Chairman, Hon. Bolaji Muse Ariyoh for his passion and commitment to skills acquisition by the youths and women.
After the training in cake baking, Ankara craft in bags making, disinfectants, gele tying, interior and exterior decorations, soap making and others, the participants were given testimonials.
