Three out of five arrested for raping 15yrs old girl in Isolo

The police from Ago Okota Divisional Police Station have arrested three men out of five who sexually abused a girl aged 15 years while two are still at large.

The incident occurred on 14th May 2018 at about 1506hrs at No 19, Paully Umeh Street, Ago Okota Isolo as the victim was taken to Mirable centre for proper treatment.

The perpetrators, Chibuike Eze (19yrs), Cyril Tochukwu (19yrs) and Chigozie Eze (25yrs) were charged to magistrate court, Mushin by the police on three-count charges of conspiracy, abduction and defilement to which they pleaded not guilty.

The defendants were remanded in prison custody pending the Director of

Public Prosecution (DPP) advice as the case was adjourned to 26th June

2018.
