Start preparing for 2023, Ademiluyi tells APC members

One of the members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) party in Isolo LCDA, Bar. Kayode Ademiluyi, has urged all party members and the leadership to start working hard in preparation for the 2023 general elections.
Ademiluyi, who was the Chairman of the Planning and Strategy Committee of the campaign team of All Progress Congress (APC) for the 2021 local council election in Isolo, said the party members have to come together and unite for the progress of the party.
Speaking about the last council election, Ademiluyi said the result of the election could have been poor for the party but for the intervention of his committee.
Explaining how his committee rescued the situation at die minute, Ademiluyi said, as the chairman of the Planning and Strategic Committee, he foresaw the effect of the violence-marred primary hence, the need to ensure massive publicity about the election and mobilisation for all the campaign outings.
The legal luminary noted that his committee as well as other subcommittees worked hand-in-hand tirelessly in the build-up to the election and the significance was what made the difference during the election.
He recalled that the party recorded impressive campaign outings beginning with the flag off, the week long ward to ward rallies, house to house campaigns and the grand finale.
He, therefore, appreciated the party leadership especially the former Lagos State APC chairman, Otunba Oladele Ajomale, for the opportunity given to him to serve as the chairman of the planning and strategy committee.
He said the party had taken a cue from the whole election activities, adding that last experience will help the leadership to curtail any form of action that may cause disunity among members ahead of 2023 as he appealed to party faithful to remain steadfast in their belief in the supremacy of the party above their ambition.
He advised that the symbol of the party which signifies unity should constantly be in the mind of each and every member of the party.
