Key Responsibilities
The Project & Logistics Manager will:
- Plan, coordinate and supervise projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets and implementation plans.
- Coordinate the movement and delivery of construction materials, equipment and company assets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved within approved timelines and budgets.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure the availability and effective utilisation of project resources.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates and logistics documentation for management.
- Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations and relevant industry standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement and distribution activities when required.
- Supervise logistics personnel and promote efficient operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements and Skills
Candidates should have:
- Strong project planning, coordination and execution skills.
- Good knowledge of logistics, inventory management and supply chain operations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High levels of integrity, accountability and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry will be an added advantage.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Estate Management or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management and logistics coordination.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and successful project delivery.
