In continuation of the Valentine’s Day celebration and his desire for a community in tranquility and free from crime the founder of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has donated a vehicle to the Ejigbo Police Division to compliment government’s effort in fighting crime and other nefarious activities.
Ayodele, whose birthday coincided with the Valentine celebration, also doled out scholarships to shortlisted recipients at the ceremony.
During the celebration which was held at the church premises at Oke Afa, Ejigbo, the clergy, who is a lover of good music, was elated as he honoured a Fuji artist, Alhaji Sule Adio Atawewe and a gospel singer, Bunmi Akinanu famously known as Omije Ojumi amongst others with a recognition award of excellence.
Reacting to the award, Atawewe thanked the Primate and urged other clergies and clerics to contribute their own quota to the well being of the masses.
He admonished the citizens to emulate the good gesture of the clergy man by support the government, noting that government should not be in charge of everything.
Also in attendance at the event was the former Chairman of Nigeria Sports Supporters club, Alhaji Rauf Ladipo, who commended Atawewe alongside extending hand of fellowship to him by inviting him over to international supporters club house on a scheduled date.
