Peace Cup Reaches Critical Stage

The third edition of the Peace Cup have reached a critical stage where a win or lose could take a team to the final or third place game of the tournament.

Over 16 teams registered to be a part of the tournament which have reached its last four stage.

All the four teams are potentially classified to worth their place in the semifinal stage and will be aiming for a place in the final of the Peace Cup at Aboru, Iyana Ipaja.


Ottasolo FC will trade tackles with Future Hero by 4pm on the 29th of July while Young Elite will engage Sunday Set on Sunday July 30.

The convener and founder of Peace Cup, Doctor Kolade Kolapo advised the remaining four clubs to be disciplined and composed.

Dr Kolapo who is a seasoned Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) match commissioner disclosed that some notable FIFA scouts have been able pencil down some footballers that will continue their trade professionally outside the shores of the country or in the NPFL.
