Palace Workers Pay Homage to Igbogbo Monarch on 10th Coronation Anniversary
Oṣiṣẹ Iga Pay Homage to Adeboruwa of Igbogbo as Monarch Marks 10th Coronation Anniversary
The Oṣiṣẹ Iga, palace workers of Igbogbo Kingdom, have paid homage to His Royal Majesty, Oba (Barr.) Semiudeen Orimadegun Kasali, Emugoriade I, the Adeboruwa of Igbogbo Kingdom, as part of activities marking the monarch’s 10th Coronation Anniversary.
The palace workers gathered at the royal palace to honour the traditional ruler and express gratitude to Almighty God for a decade of peaceful, purposeful and progressive leadership under his reign.
During the homage, members of the Oṣiṣẹ Iga offered prayers for the continued good health, wisdom and longevity of Oba Kasali. They also commended the monarch for his commitment to the growth and development of Igbogbo Kingdom, preservation of its rich cultural heritage and his fatherly leadership over the past decade.
The palace workers reaffirmed their loyalty and support for the Adeboruwa, while praying that his reign would continue to bring greater peace, prosperity and development to Igbogbo Kingdom.
The homage formed part of the series of activities lined up to commemorate the monarch’s milestone 10th anniversary on the throne, celebrating a decade of impactful and visionary traditional leadership.
