Oshodi community agog as Adeyanju celebrates new Iyaloja General title

Oshodi-Isolo Local Government was full of ceremony on Friday as the community members, market women, family and friends gathered to celebrate Alhaja Chief Mrs. Sikirat Ejide Adeyanju aka Shocopao’s installation as the Iyaloja General of Oshodi-Isolo Local Government.

The ceremony was organised to officially inaugurate the new office of the Iyaloja General in Oshodi after her coronation which took place in March this year at Ikeja Secretariat.

He ceremony was graced by the council chairman, Hon. Bolaji Muse-Ariyoh and other members of his cabinet.

The daughter of the celebrant, Mrs. Titilayo Alabi, while wishing her mother a successful reign as she assumed the leadership the markets in the local government area, coordinating market men and women, prayed for the strength to shoulder the responsibility she is saddled with.
