New DPO Pledges To collaborate With Council Chairman On Security

The Newly deployed Divisional Police Officer of Oko-Oba Police Division, CSP Ahmed Goni has promised to work with the chairman of Ojokoro Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Hammed Tijani (HID) to fight insecurity in the community.
Goni, who went on a familiarisation visit to the chairman, appreciated the council boss for the warm welcome as he promised to see to the request of the council.
The council boss, therefore urged the DPO to make sure that peaceful coexistence as well as security of lives and properties are well maintained.
He informed the DPO of the community’s periodic meetings with all the security chiefs, as he reiterated his readiness to always provide the support the police need to discharge their duties.
He urged the new DPO to collaborate with every other security operative to ensure the smooth protection of the entire Ojokoro community.
