Applications are now open for the Melton Foundation Global Solvers Accelerator (GSA) 2027.
This is a 10-month leadership and peer-learning programme designed for young changemakers working on projects that address social, economic and environmental challenges.
The programme will bring together 15–20 emerging social impact practitioners from around the world, providing them with opportunities to strengthen their leadership capacity, deepen their impact and learn through cross-cultural collaboration.
Applications for the 2027 cohort will close on November 15, 2026.
About the Global Solvers Accelerator
The Global Solvers Accelerator is designed for individuals who are already actively working on a social impact initiative rather than those who are only developing an idea.
Participants may be involved in a social enterprise, community project, research initiative, movement or other impact-focused project addressing challenges within their communities or wider society.
Over the 10-month programme, participants will engage in peer learning, reflection, collaborative inquiry and practical project work aimed at helping them better understand their leadership approaches and strengthen the impact of their ongoing initiatives.
The programme also creates a global learning environment where participants can exchange experiences with people from different cultural and professional backgrounds.

The opportunity is intended for young social impact practitioners and emerging changemakers who are already actively contributing to initiatives aimed at addressing social, economic or environmental challenges.
Applicants should have an existing project, enterprise, research initiative, movement or community-based initiative that they are actively involved in.
The programme is therefore particularly relevant to young people who want to strengthen both their personal leadership and the impact of work they are already undertaking.

The Global Solvers Accelerator 2027 will run for 10 months, combining leadership development, peer learning, reflection and collaborative work.
With participants selected from different parts of the world, the programme provides an opportunity to gain international perspectives while developing practical approaches that can be applied to participants’ existing projects.
