Lastma Inducts Daba As Special Mayors

The Permanent Secretary, Office of the Deputy Governor, Lagos State, Mrs. Mobolaji Daba, inducted and decorated as Special Traffic Mayor of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA).
Speaking after the decoration, which took place at the Office of the Permanent Secretary, the Roundhouse Alausa, Ikeja, Mrs. Daba charged LASTMA Officers to be more dedicated, and professionalism and continue to promote a positive image of the agency, as they enhance traffic management in the state.
Daba noted that their dedication and commitment to duty have significantly helped in reducing congestion and promoting seamless traffic flow in the State, stressing that the role in maintaining order and discipline on Lagos roads is important and cannot be underestimated.
She encouraged LASTMA officials to always do what is right on the road, adding “Just know that the opinion of one, two, three people matters. If anything happens they will say no, I know that organisation, they are not like this, they are not like that, so just keep doing the right thing always”.
Permanent Secretary, expressed her sincere appreciation to the Ministry of Transportation Family and the agency for the honour bestowed on her and expressed readiness to support the agency to ease traffic congestion in the state.
