Kendoo promises teachers staff bus

The Chairman of Oshodi-Isolo LG, Otunba Kehinde Oloyede (Kendoo) has promised to procure a staff bus for the teachers under the umbrella of National Union of Teacher (NUT).

Oloyede made the promise while celebrating the 2021 National Teachers’ Day with the teachers at the local government.

Oloyede, who was represented by his vice, Mrs. Modupeola Badmus Aregbe, at the celebrate, said he has other plans for the teachers at the grassroots, which would be soon unveiled.

During the celebration held at Methodist Primary School, Oshodi, the Oshodi-Isolo branch NUT chairperson, Mrs. Abosede Adegbesan, had appealed for assistance from the local government for the association.

Part of her request includes rehabilitation of the Union’s Secretariat.

The Chairman of Isolo LCDA, Otunba Adebayo Olasoju, who was represented at the occasion by Head of Department, Education, Mr Balogun Teslim, commended the teachers for their impacts on the lives of people, promising to also give them the needed support.
