Johnson congratulates Olasoju, preaches unity to party members

The Member representing Oshodi-Isolo constituency II at the Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Ganiyu Johnson has congratulated Hon. Adebayo Olasoju on his emergence as the chairmanship candidate of APC In Isolo LCDA.

The congratulatory message was contained in a press statement titled: “Chairmanship Primary Elections and the Tasks Ahead,” releaaed by his media aide, Mr. Dotun Oladapo on Tuesday.

The lawmaker, while accepting the result of the primary election, noted that Olasoju’s emergence is the will of God as he urged him to be generous with his victory.

Johnson, however, implored Olasoju to work with all members of the party without sentiments or prejudices as he also appealed to all aggrieved members of the party to remain indivisible and collectively work for the success of the party in the LG polls.

His words: “The May 29, 2021, Isolo LCDA primary election is over, the winner has emerged in the person of Hon. Bayo Olasoju. I hereby congratulate the winner of the election. However, In the face of all the challenges, we shall all collectively remain indivisible force by working tirelessly for the victory of our great party in the coming Local Government Elections in the state. We equally appeal to all our members to be strengthened by the outcome of the election and unite in order to correct all the problems that usually work against our party considering the atmosphere of this Constituency.

“Let him reach out to all the aggrieved members and shun the attitudes of those who did not wish us well. Let him not dissipate efforts on frivolous matters but rather focus on the task ahead in order to strengthen his political and moral authority.”
