Integrity Apex Leadership Targets 250,000 Votes for 2027 Elections in Ikorodu

IKORODU, LAGOS – Political leaders and stakeholders under the Integrity Apex Leadership on Sunday held a strategic consultation with the lawmaker representing Ikorodu Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Babajimi Adegoke Benson, as part of preparations for the 2027 General Elections.

The meeting, held at the residence of the group’s chairman, Asiwaju Kaoli Olatunji Olusanya, brought together members of the political organisation to discuss strategies for strengthening grassroots structures, promoting internal cohesion and developing a coordinated mobilisation framework ahead of the next electoral cycle.

Addressing participants, Rep. Benson outlined a number of developmental initiatives and constituency programmes expected to be implemented across Ikorodu Division.

The proposed initiatives, according to participants, are aimed at complementing ongoing efforts to improve infrastructure, empower residents and accelerate socio-economic development across the division.

Participants commended the federal lawmaker for his leadership and sustained commitment to constituency development, expressing confidence that the planned initiatives would further improve the welfare of residents and strengthen public confidence in effective representation.

The meeting also focused on strategies to expand the group’s grassroots network, strengthen its political presence across communities and promote unity, discipline and collaboration among members as preparations for the 2027 elections gather momentum.

Speaking after the meeting, Aarebirin Hon. Princess Dr. Folashade Olabanji-Oba said the deliberations reinforced the group’s shared vision and commitment to achieving electoral success through sustained grassroots engagement and strategic mobilisation.

She disclosed that the Integrity Apex Leadership had set a target of securing no fewer than 250,000 votes from Ikorodu Division in the 2027 General Elections.

According to her, the target is achievable through collective effort, strategic planning and continuous engagement with residents across the division.

The meeting ended with members pledging to intensify political mobilisation across Ikorodu Division, strengthen their grassroots structures and work collectively towards achieving their objectives ahead of the 2027 polls.
