According to him, he supported the All Progressive Congress (APC) politicians in their campaign and provided social amenities to the community as an effort to give back to the community where he grew up.

Ogundimu traced his support for the party during the 2019 polls when he supported the election of our two representatives in the Federal House, Dr. Bashiru Dawodu and State House Assembly, Hon. Hakeem Shokunle with polo shirts, caps and other materials during their campaigns.

“In my community, I provided four boreholes, two in my ward – Mafoluku, one each in Ewu and Shogunle and I provided standby generators to power the water source so that scarcity of water will become a forgotten issue in Oshodi environment.

He said he also installed street cables for electricity supply in the community adding that he was happy that the two and half years of struggle towards my ambition are becoming fruitful.

“The contest has commenced and I am part of the aspirants. If I withdraw, a lot of people would be disappointed in me. I have obtained the nomination form and I’m ready for the election.”
