Speaking at a press conference, the ICCI President, Sir (Engr.) Rasheed Shoderu, said the primary objective of the group is to promote commerce, industry and the economic growth of Ikorodu Division.

“Our annual trade fair event, the IKODIV Trade Fair, is one of the many ways we demonstrate our commitment to the economic development of our community. This event provides a platform for entrepreneurs and business owners, including macro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) to showcase their products and services, network, and engage in business transactions.

“As an organization, we are convinced that promoting entrepreneurship and providing support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is crucial to the economic growth of our Division. This is why we have made it our mission to provide support and guidance to these businesses so that they can compete favorably on the global stage.

“As we embark on this year’s edition of the IKODIV Trade Fair, we are excited about the opportunities it presents to businesses in our environs. We are also optimistic that the event will not only promote the growth of individual businesses but also contribute significantly to the economic development of Ikorodu Division,” Shoderu stated.

He further thanked their sponsors, partners, and exhibitors for their unwavering support towards making this year’s edition of the IKODIV Trade Fair a success. “We are confident that with your continued support, we will achieve even greater success in the coming years,” he added.
