The Lagos State Parking Authority (LASPA) has warned motorists to desist from indiscriminate parking of vehicles in the state in order not to incur the wrath of the law.
The General Manager of LASPA, Mrs. Adebisi Adelabu, dropped this hint on Wednesday while speaking to news reporters. According to her, in response to a complaint, the Authority issued a 24-hour warning/removal notice to owners of 30 trucks and seven cars parked unlawfully along Sapara Williams Street, Ikeja.
While stressing that LASPA is resolute in reinforcing the importance of adhering to designated parking zones and respecting public infrastructure, Adelabu noted that owners of the indiscriminately parked vehicles would face enforcement if their vehicles were not removed within 24 hours.
