Electricity power distribution company, Ikeja Electric, IE, has announced that a system failure has affected it’s electricity distribution to it’s customers.
The electricity company proclaimed that the grid collapse happened on Monday.
A statement on Tuesday by the company reads: “Dear esteemed customers, Please be informed that we experienced another system outage today, 15/10/2024, @09:17hrs, affecting supply within our network.
“Restoration of supply is ongoing in collaboration with our critical stakeholders. Kindly bear with us.”
