After questioning him to get some facts, the police subsequently charged him to court.

Orisile, who said he lived at Ori-Oke bus stop area, near the Bridge, Ejigbo confessed that he always went round to steal generator engines and sold them to abokis buying condemned aluminum for just N5000 per engine.

Some of the items Mayowa stole included power generating sets, mobile phones and other items belonging to Opoadura Olushina, Henry Onyekachi and Amadi Benjamin respectively.

He admitted that he was released from prison late last year and confessed that he immediately went back to stealing after he was released.

The prosecutor, Supol Kenneth Asibor, while presenting the fact of the matter told the Court that Orisile was a habitual criminal who was not fit to live in the society going by his statement.

The prosecutor asked the Court to sentence him accordingly because it was obvious that he would not change as he went back to commit crime after he was released from prison custody.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. Teslim Shomade, found him guilty as charged and sentenced him to another two years imprisonment.
