Future Pillars Football Academy, revolutionizing football in the grassroot

Future Pillars Football Academy is taking football in the grassroots to world standard as they have developed a gigantic approach to make combining football as a career and education an easy feat for the young kids in their disposal.

The founder and director of sports of Future Pillars FA, Moses Matswamgbe identified the mission of the football academy is to develop talented indigent grassroots players to make positive impact both nationally and internationally, Echonews.ng exclusively report.

Matswamgbe disclosed that one of the aims of the club is to develop grassroots football to an enviable height as he stated that one of the core objective of the club is to teach the kids about soccer and improve their soccer skills.

He added that the socio educational aim of the club is to support the young footballers with desirable set of values and create a favourable appropriate condition to combine education with their football career.

“Our mission is to identify and develop talented, vulnerable and indigent grassroots players who will make positive impacts both nationally and internationally through hard work and discipline.

“Our belief is that combining school education with sports training increases the effectiveness of soccer training and social integration.

“The vision of the club is to evolve a team of talented players that will be a reference point in history of grassroots football growth and development not only in Ogun State, but globally. To this effect, the main aim of establishing Future Pillars Football Academy is teaching and improving soccer skills of talented vulnerable and indigent players.

“The main socio–educational aim is to support young player with a desirable set of values and create appropriate conditions for them to study after training. Our belief is that combining school education with sports training increases the effectiveness of soccer training and social integration.

“The core objective of Future Pillars Football Academy is to offer well organized football training sessions and develop the technical abilities of talented vulnerable and indigent junior and young players through our programme which will eventually lead them to a successful football career.”
