Key Responsibilities

The Floor Supervisor is expected to:

• Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure assigned duties are completed effectively.
• Maintain a professional and organised work environment.
• Ensure employees adhere to company policies, procedures and service standards.
• Attend to operational issues and resolve routine challenges promptly.
• Support effective communication between management and floor staff.
• Monitor customer or client interactions and help maintain high service standards.
• Prepare or provide operational updates to management when required.
• Ensure the floor remains clean, orderly and properly managed.
• Assist with staff scheduling, task allocation and general administrative duties where necessary.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or floor management role.
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to coordinate and manage staff effectively.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A professional attitude and good attention to detail.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proximity to Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island or Ikoyi is preferred.
