Eid-el-Kabir: KC Marshal, IOS rejoice with Muslim faithfuls canvas for support at polls

In the spirit of the commemorating Eid-el-Kabir, the Councillorship candidates of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Apena and Okota Ward, Isolo LCDA, Hon. Isiaq Oladimeji Shonubi (IOS) and Hon. Kazeem Ilelaboye (KC Marshal) have rejoiced with Muslim faithfuls in the communities.

In terse media statements separately made available by the two councillorship hopefuls, they prayed for God’s blessings and sound health for Muslim faithfuls and other residents in the communities in the council areas.

They, however, utilised the medium to canvass for more support from electorate for Saturday’s local council elections.

Shonubi and Ilelaboye, as well as other candidates of the party, have staged mega rallies in their respective wards and across the council area in recent days to solicit support in the fast-approaching election.

They appealed to the electorate to come out en-masse and vote for PDP candidates for all elective positions.

According to Ilelaboye: “E- Embrace with Open Heart. I-Inspire with Impressive attitude. D-Distribute pleasure to all. May God bless us all and our Families and Friends plus our relatives as well as other well wishers on this Occasion and beyond. Barka da Sallah and may we be favoured to celebrate many more in good and sound health, abundant wealth will not seize in our lives, faith and absolute peace(Ameen). On 24th (this Saturday) Vote PDP, for councillor Okota Ward-D (f3) @KcMarshal.”

“Happy Eid- Kabir celebrations to all constituents of Apena ward and Isolo Lcda, Please let’s come out en-masse and vote iOS for councillor Apena ward this Saturday 24th July,” said Shonubi.
