Council Workers Hail Ojokoro LCDA Chair Over Palliatives

The staff members of Ojokoro Local Government have commended the council chairman for providing a mass transit bus for their mobility.

Speaking on behalf of other council workers, the Council Manager, Mr. Benjamin Adeyemi, said the gesture is a great relief to them.

“We have a listening council chairman in Hon. HID Tijani and I must say since I have gotten to the council, once I present the requests of the staff; he never hesitates to getting them done.

“This bus is attesting to the fact that he feels the pains of the entire staff especially with this effect of the subsidy removal on transportation. Now our staffs can enjoy ride to the office,” Adeyemi said.

He further urged the works department and the chief driver to ensure the bus is handled with care and should serve the purpose it is meant for at all times.
