In preparation for the Year 2023 budget, Ojodu Local Council Development Area (LCDA) Chairman, Hon. David Odunmbaku has organized a Stakeholders Forum for an all inclusive representation.

The interactive session deliberated on ultimate aim of running a government that will carry members along in the administration of lifting lives and infrastructural development in Ojodu LCDA .

Odunmbaku stated that the contributions needed from community stakeholders is to formulate and conceptualize a more people oriented budget.

And to further bridge the gap between government and the governed by receiving suggestions from the community on how to better allocate resources towards socio-economic development.

The present fast ending budget was evaluated and received inputs from the cross section of Ojodu LCDA residents on how to tailor the next budget towards the needs of the people.

Highlight of achievements recorded in the last budget on prioritizing people oriented projects in line with the H.E.Y.S agenda through the renovations of Primary Health Centers, provision of vehicles to Police Stations procurement of ambulance and provision of GCE forms to students.

In attendance were members of the CDA & CDC, political leaders, youth and women leaders, artisans, market women, religious and traditional leaders taking turns in praising  Odunmbaku and his administration for good record performance in office for the past one year.

They, however, proffered  ideas and submitted inputs to be included in the budget.
